Frank Swatek Real Estate Appraisers Inc. offers an
appraisal trainee program that provides hands on experience
and one on one training. With a large staff, trainees will recieve
guidance in every dimension of the appraial process.
Trainees will begin with extensive training gaining familiarity
with the Wintotal Software, and research databases
including: MLS, FARES, and NDC. In the first phase of the
training process much attention and exposure is given in terms
of the selection of comparable sales. Trainees are given special
guidance by our licensed and certified appraisers while they
are supervised by a master appraiser with 42 years of experience
with both fieldwork and typing of a file. The goal for trainees
is to achieve an independent work-from-home status within
a period of 1-3 months while work is provided from our company.
